Overview
For everyone that plays any video game they know that having a pair of headphones is essential for any experience. In my opinion the headset is one of the most important set in your gaming experience and i think the headset is a good place to spend your money. If you’re in the market for a good pair of sounds this is the place to look.
GSP 670 Wireless Gaming
These babies right here in my mind are the cream of the crop if you’re looking for a headset. Yes they will most likely break the bank, but with Christmas coming this wouldn’t be the worst thing at the top of your list. You can never go wrong with a pair of Sennheiser’s, and these have come out recently and the wireless feature is absolutely killing me. I have owned 3 pairs of sennheisers and have never had a issue in the world with them. 363D and the GSP 550 have both been amazing and everytime I try on a new pair I just want to go back to my Senns. These wireless boys can run for about 20 hours without dying which is a huge turn on for me, and should be for you. If you’re worried about sound quality through your mic just throw that out the window because you know these are gonna sound great. You can easily ear rape your team, but you know its going to sound crystal clear. Especially with games like COD, being able to sound whore people is so important you will hear every footstep without a problem.
STEELSERIES ARCTIS PRO WIRELESS
If I was going to buy any other headset besides those Sennheiser’s it would 100% have to be these guys. Another pricey piece, but you know if you’re really spending this money its worth it. What I think is so crazy about these bad boys is the range on the wireless capacity. 40 ft is the max range for these monsters, which means letting your discord hear you piss has never been easier. Not only is actually a very pretty looking headset, the components and hardware is especially remarkable. Another sweat feature is the ability for dual audio and dual connection which means you are able to establish two links of audio, so listening to music and gaming has actually never been easier. When you’re looking for your next purchase I would put this top on your Christmas list.
HyperX Cloud Alpha
Moving away from breaking the bank picking out a couple very nice headsets that just about anyone can afford. HyperX have always been making quality product and especially in their headsets. These things are almost indestructible and of course offer great sound that’s clear. Of course since you are not paying the premium for a nice headset they will not have all the bells and whistles as the Senns or the Steels but they are a solid option.
Corsair VOID PRO RGB USB
Finally the last pair of some budget headsets are these corsairs. I have been using these as my backups for a while now and they are exactly what you pay for. These thing are pretty comfortable to say the least and the mic quality is decent. If you’re in the market for a solid headset and don’t feel like killing your wallet this really isn’t a bad option. The only issue I have with this is the USB connection cord is garbage, and you can only charge the headset with the cord that comes with it.
